REGULATION

FINMA-Regulated Asset Manager &
NFA-Registered CTA

FALGOM AG operates under a dual regulatory framework combining Swiss asset management regulation with US commodity market registration.

Authorised and supervised by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) under Switzerland's Financial Institutions Act (FinIA), and prudentially supervised by AOOS AG, FALGOM AG is also registered as a Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA) with the US National Futures Association (NFA).

This combination of Swiss regulatory oversight and US market registration reflects our commitment to institutional governance, regulatory transparency and internationally recognised compliance standards.

Agility & Infrastructure

Efficient Structuring. Institutional Execution.

Our institutional platform combines lean decision-making with robust governance, enabling efficient implementation while maintaining disciplined operational and risk management standards.

This operational flexibility allows us to structure and implement investment solutions efficiently across a broad range of institutional use cases. Whether deploying proprietary quantitative strategies or selected third-party investment solutions, our platform supports timely execution without compromising governance or oversight.

In-House Research & Technology

Proprietary Research. Proprietary Infrastructure.

Our quantitative investment strategies are developed on proprietary research, internally engineered technology and independently designed investment models. Every stage of the research, development and implementation process is controlled in-house.

This integrated research environment enables continuous model development, disciplined risk management and full ownership of our intellectual property. It provides the technological foundation for the systematic investment capabilities that define FALGOM.

Portfolio Construction

Combining Complementary Sources of Return.

Institutional portfolios rarely rely on a single investment approach. FALGOM combines proprietary quantitative strategies with carefully selected alternative investment solutions to create complementary sources of return and diversification.

Depending on the investment objective, clients can access systematic strategies, multi-manager portfolios and specialist investment solutions through clearly defined institutional structures.
