Sandro Francioni
Founder & CEO

Sandro Francioni started his professional career in 2006 at Schweizer Börse. He has also held various international positions, and gained expertise in fund manager selection and portfolio management at FERI Trust GmbH in Bad Homburg, Germany.

His passion for sales came to full fruition at ICF Bank AG in Frankfurt. In 2019, he co-founded FALGOM AG and is also a member of the Board of Directors of Francioni AG.

Michael Müller
Founder & CIO

Michael Müller is responsible for the research and development side of the investment strategies as well as their technological implementation. He has an in-depth understanding of the capital markets gained in over 25 years as a quantitative analyst and proprietary trader.

Michael started his career in 1995 as a graduate with Deutsche Bank AG. After various positions in the research and trading departments of leading institutions, he set up his own research company in 2008, providing quantitative and macroeconomic research for institutional clients. In 2019, he co-founded FALGOM AG.

REGULATION

FINMA-Regulated Asset Manager

FALGOM AG is one of the first 50 companies to have been approved under the new regulatory framework put in place by FINMA, the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority. It is also subject to ongoing prudential supervision by AOOS AG, a supervisory organisation licensed by FINMA.

Flexible and Adaptive

Our lean organizational structure enables us to make timely operational decisions and implement portfolio adjustments efficiently. This approach focuses on maintaining clarity, transparency and disciplined risk management. We created our platform for custom-building investment vehicles within a very short space of time. Investment results, however, depend on market conditions and can involve losses.

Inhouse Development

All our algorithms are developed entirely inhouse. We have implemented a vast range of proprietary techniques based on our long-term experience as quant analysts and developers. We know our products inside out, and every single line of code in the algorithms is the intellectual property of the company.

High-End Niche Specialist

Our strategies seek to identify and systematically capture market inefficiencies. Their results may vary over time, and all investments involve the risk of loss. These potential sources of return are often limited in scale and can be too small to be economically meaningful for large investment firms with substantial cost structures.
